All of our packages are made bespoke for your business, with add on services that work for you.

A free one-to-one consultation lets us really dig in to what you want and need so together we can build something that gets your business to where you want it to be . Meaning you can focus on doing what you love, without getting bogged down by the shark infested waters that are HMRC.

As a starting point

A Limited company with around 360 transactions per year, will be paying around £150 per month +VAT, which includes:

  • Mint package
  • Xero Ignite
  • Hubdoc
  • Quarterly health checks on your bookkeeping records
  • Self-assessment return for one director
  • Payroll for one director
  • Limited company accounts and filing
  • Corporation tax return

A sole trader with around 360 transactions per year will be paying around £105 per month +VAT which include’s:

  • Mint package
  • Xero Ignite
  • Hubdoc
  • Quarterly health checks on your bookkeeping records
  • Self-assessment return.

We then have our support packages, which come with a range of useful resources, but the focus is primarily on support and advice when needed, without having to worry about a hefty bill at the end.

Mint Package – sole trader – £40 pm, limited company – £50 pm

  • Tax insurance
  • Business hub
  • Ongoing support (bookkeeper level)
  • Access to your own client portal which is SSL secured (meaning your data is encrypted at all levels of exchange)
  • Filing costs
  • Year-end meeting (limited companies only)
  • Automated cashflow.

Jade Package – sole trader – £60 pm, limited company – £75 pm

  • Tax insurance
  • Business hub
  • Ongoing support (accounts assistant level)
  • Access to your own client portal which is SSL secured (meaning your data is encrypted at all levels of exchange)
  • Filing costs
  • 2 x meetings per year
  • Automated cashflow.

Emerald Package – sole trader – £80 pm, limited company – £125 pm

  • Tax insurance
  • Business hub
  • Ongoing support (qualified accountant level)
  • Access to your own client portal which is SSL secured (meaning your data is encrypted at all levels of exchange)
  • Filing costs
  • 4 x meeting’s per year 
  • Automated cashflow.

Just want compliance (year-end accounts and filing)? we can do that too, our prices start from just £200 + VAT for a self-assessment return and £450 +VAT for limited company accounts.

We have built our own programme to help guide you and your business in the right direction ensuring you create your ideal day, every day by making your business work for you.

This is a structured programme incorporating coaching, mentoring and advice from a certified business advisor and licenced accountant. It is a one-to-one course structured to you and your business needs.

Using our 3P signature method there are plans spanning 12 months, 2 years and 3 years using a range of quarterly sessions, monthly 1 to 1 video calls, and weekly accountability emails.
